I met Cindy approximately two years ago while attending a U S D A Rural Development meeting. I was there gathering information about building a Bio Diesel plant. There were several grant writers attending that meeting, however Cindy impressed me the most. Eventually our company decided to build a Bio Diesel plant and hired Cindy as our grant writer.
