Feasibility study and business plan for a $5 million castor processing facility for Browning Seed, Inc., Plainview, Texas, 1999. This project included intensive national and international marketing and procurement research to comply with USDA Business and Industry Loan regulations. A marketing cooperative was organized to provide castor seed, and a grant was obtained for the project.

Feasibility study and cooperative development for $20 million cooperative peanut shelling and processing project in West Texas, 1999. Completed an extensive feasibility study of the peanut industry to obtain a producer cooperative guaranteed loan from the USDA Business and Industry Loan program.
